Can you build a custom home on a lot I already own in Zachary?
Yes. We start by looking at the lot, any subdivision building rules, and the flood zone. Then we work from your plans or help you get a set drawn. We handle the City of Zachary permit, the slab, the framing, and every stage after that through the final inspection.
We bought a builder home in Zachary a few years ago. Can you add a bedroom or bonus room?
Yes. Most newer homes here sit on a slab with room to build out the back or side. We match the roofline, brick, and windows so the addition looks original. If your subdivision has an architectural committee, we give you drawings to send in for approval.
Do you remodel the older houses near downtown Zachary?
We do. Older homes near the middle of town often have wood floors on piers, small closed-off kitchens, and old wiring. We can open up the layout, have the plumbing and electrical updated, and repair framing. We check for termite and moisture damage before we quote the job.
