Coverage FAQs
Service Area Questions, Answered
Do you charge more for projects outside Baton Rouge?
Every project gets its own written estimate based on the work. For jobs farther from our office, like the New Orleans area, travel is figured into that estimate up front. You see the full price before you agree to anything.
My town isn't on this list. Will you still come out?
Probably. The list shows where we work most, not a hard line. Call and tell us where the property is. If it's a reasonable drive from Baton Rouge or New Orleans, we'll come look at the project.
Do you handle permits in different parishes?
Yes. Each parish and city has its own permit office and its own steps. East Baton Rouge, Ascension, Livingston, West Baton Rouge, Orleans, Jefferson, and St. Tammany all work a little differently. We file where your property sits and meet that office's inspectors.
How do you manage a New Orleans project from a Baton Rouge office?
We schedule New Orleans area jobs as full projects, with the crew and materials planned around the drive. You still deal directly with the owner, and you still get regular updates and photos as the work moves along.
