We handle ground-up commercial buildings, tenant build-outs, and repairs to older storefronts, and we lay out a clear order of work before we start.
Behind those streets are subdivisions built from the 1960s through the 1980s, running from the river up toward Lake Pontchartrain. Most are brick homes on slabs, many with their original kitchens and baths. A lot of them also took a beating from Hurricane Ida's wind in 2021. We repair what storms damaged and update what time wore out.

Do Kenner permits go through the city or Jefferson Parish?
Through the city. Kenner is its own city inside Jefferson Parish and has its own inspection and code enforcement department, so Kenner addresses don't use the parish office that Metairie does. We file the application, post the permit on site, and meet the city inspectors.
Can you build or renovate a commercial space near Williams Boulevard?
Yes. We build new commercial buildings and redo existing ones — framing, drywall, storefronts, flooring, restrooms, and finish work. Commercial jobs usually need stamped plans and state fire marshal review along with the city permit. We work with your architect, or help you find one if you need it.
My Kenner home still has damage from Hurricane Ida. Can you repair it?
Yes. Some homes still have water-stained ceilings, damaged siding, missing soffit and fascia, and rotted trim from the storm. We look at what the wind and water did, check the framing and insulation behind it, and give you a written price to fix it the right way.
Can you update a 1970s Kenner house without us moving out?
Often, yes. We work in stages — for example, one bathroom at a time, so you always have one to use — and seal off work areas to hold down dust. A full kitchen takes more planning. We go over what daily life will look like before you decide.
