"I was in need of someone to help bring my investment property back to life. I called around and couldn’t really find anyone to work with my budget because a lot of my money went into the properties. I was just searching and searching and I came across this company. Bobby was very understanding, great ideas, understood my problem, and we found a solution together that would make both of us happy and I am proud to say that the project is finished and will soon be working on my next investment properties and will definitely be giving Bobby a call"

Our Story
Who Is Behind Precise Design Construction
Bobby Smith has spent 19 years building, repairing, and remodeling in south Louisiana.
Precise Design Construction is a locally owned company with its office on Westfork Drive in Baton Rouge. Bobby Smith runs it, and he is the person you talk to when you call. He comes to the first visit, writes the estimate, and stays on the job until the final walk-through. Customers mention him by name in their reviews for a reason.
A lot of our work comes from people who had a bad experience somewhere else — a contractor who went quiet, or a price that kept growing. We do it differently. You get a fair price in writing, patient help with design choices, and work finished when we said it would be. The goal is a lasting relationship, not a one-time job.

What We Stand For
What Our Customers Can Count On
Four things that don't change from one job to the next.
Honesty and Integrity
We tell you what the job needs and what it doesn't. If a repair will do, we won't sell you a replacement. If your budget can't cover the whole wish list, we say so and help you choose.
Attention to Detail
Trim that lines up, tile that's level, doors that close right. The small things are what you notice every day after we leave, so we slow down and get them right.
Clear Communication
You should never have to wonder what's happening at your own house. We return calls, explain changes before they happen, and keep you updated from start to finish.
Your Home Treated Like Ours
We protect floors, clean up as we go, and respect your space and your time. We work in your home the way we'd want someone working in ours.
Licensed and Accredited
A Licensed Baton Rouge Contractor You Can Verify
You don't have to take our word for it. Our record is public.
We hold Louisiana contractor license #887389. Anyone can look it up on the Louisiana State Licensing Board for Contractors website. We are also a BBB Accredited Business with an A+ rating, and our Google reviews are there for you to read in full. We'd rather you check than guess.
Estimates are free, and we stand behind our work with a warranty. We take residential and commercial projects across the Baton Rouge area and the New Orleans area, Monday through Saturday. Want to know what to look for in any contractor? Read our guide on how to choose a contractor.
