"I used Precise Design Construction for my investment property. This was only the second property that I have purchased and rehabbed. The first time my experience was not good, but that was due to my contractor. This time around, I used Precise Design Construction, and they were with me step by step in this process. The best part was their communication, professionalism and of quality of work. I highly recommend them and will be using them with my next purchase again."

"I was in need of someone to help bring my investment property back to life. I called around and couldn’t really find anyone to work with my budget because a lot of my money went into the properties. I was just searching and searching and I came across this company. Bobby was very understanding, great ideas, understood my problem, and we found a solution together that would make both of us happy and I am proud to say that the project is finished and will soon be working on my next investment properties and will definitely be giving Bobby a call"

Good to Know
Questions Baton Rouge Customers Ask First
Straight answers to what people want to know before they call.
Are estimates really free?
Yes. We come out, look at the project, take measurements, and give you a written estimate at no charge. There is no fee for the visit and no pressure to sign. If the price or the plan doesn't fit, you owe us nothing.
Is Precise Design Construction licensed in Louisiana?
Yes. We hold Louisiana contractor license #887389, and you can look it up on the Louisiana State Licensing Board for Contractors website. We are also a BBB Accredited Business with an A+ rating. Checking both takes a few minutes and is worth doing with any contractor.
What kinds of projects do you take on?
Remodels, kitchens, bathrooms, room additions, new custom homes, decks and porches, major repairs, and commercial build-outs. We also renovate rental and investment properties. If your project is a mix of these, that's normal. One crew can handle the whole job.
Do you work in both Baton Rouge and New Orleans?
Yes. Our office is in Baton Rouge, and we work across the Baton Rouge area, including Prairieville, Denham Springs, Central, Zachary, and Port Allen. We also take projects in New Orleans, Metairie, Kenner, and Slidell.
Who will I be dealing with during my project?
You deal with the owner, Bobby Smith. He walks the job with you at the start, stays on the project, and is the one who calls when something changes. You won't be passed from a salesperson to a stranger once work begins.
I'm on a tight budget. Is it still worth calling?
Yes. Tell us the number you need to stay under. We'll look at the project and show you what can be done for it, what can wait, and where a cheaper material works just as well. Several of our customers started this way.
